qq777's welcome bonus is a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.
4.2 Other Promotional Offers
Each promotional offer has its own terms, which are stated in that offer's description. The generally applicable conditions are:
- A user may claim a bonus only once within a specified period (unless the offer states otherwise).
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — winnings earned from a bonus are only withdrawable after the wagering requirements have been met.
- A bonus that is not used within a specified period may be removed automatically.

VIP Programme and Cashback
qq777's VIP programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier — up to 0.2% at Bronze, up to 0.3% at Silver, up to 0.5% at Gold, up to 0.6% at Platinum and up to 0.8% at Diamond.
5.1 Cashback Calculation
Weekly cashback is applied at the set rate on that week's net loss. Net loss means the total amount lost minus the total amount won. Example: a Gold tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week receives ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback.
5.2 Tier Changes
VIP tier may go up or down based on playing consistency and activity. The specific activity guidelines for each tier are available in the VIP section of the platform.
5.3 VIP Benefit Conditions
VIP benefits are non-transferable and may only be used by the account holder concerned. If an account is closed or suspended, VIP benefits will be cancelled automatically.
